This villa is probably considered the epitome of luxury. A small jetty right below the property allows you to moor your yacht after returning from one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece (Voutoumi Beach) and a few meters away is a small pebbly beach with crystal clear water inviting you for a swim. Lush green encloses the property to grant privacy without obstructing the stunning sea view over the emerald green waters in the romantic bay. The ample outdoor spaces, stretching over so many different levels on the premises, invite you to spread out and appreciate the serenity.

Whilst some are absorbing the sun by the pool, others might indulge in their favorite novel or snooze in the shade and there is always someone who needs to sneak away from the rest of the group to catch up with work. With so many choices, everyone will find his favorite retreat.

Enhanced by refreshingly light colours, the interior successfully merges traditional architecture with modern design and todays amenities. The property features two separate villas, each with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area plus an annex on the pool level and a cozy studio in the garden, accommodating a total of 15 guests.

A generous outdoor dining area is located between the two villas, comfortably seating more than 16 guests under a wooden pergola. After a sumptuous meal you might want to move over to the cozy lounge area for a digestif and as night falls savor the rise of the moon (make sure you look up at the starry sky, its unique!).

The nights are blessed with a gentle sea breeze and pleasant temperatures but air-cons are installed all over the house, just to be on the safe side. All bedrooms have sea view facing east, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise over Mongonisi (peninsula) from your bed.

Suitability

The location and size of this villa make it ideal for a large group of friends or family reunions. You should consider hiring a yacht or motor-boat to relish the beautiful coastline of this small group of islands known as Paxoi (Paxos, Antipaxos, Mogonisi, Nisaki, Katsonisi) as well as Corfu, Lefkas, Cephalonia and Ithaka in the distance.
The annex or the garden studio is perfectly suitable to accommodate your own staff, or a private live-in chef to cater for everyone’s body and soul.

If the youngest guest is still a toddler, you might want to have a babysitter, because there are some places on the property where small children must be supervised.
