This beautiful beachfront villa is situated on a peninsula called Aspri, approximately 2 km from Skala, the port of Patmos. The property stretches over 18000 sq.m. and is fenced in all around.

The villa and its main terraces face East and South, offering a wonderful view of the sunrise as well as a panoramic view of the harbor entrance and the old traditional settlement of Hora with the monastery - castle of Patmos - on the top.

The villa consists of four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, kitchen, East and South terraces and loggia.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (180 x 220 cm) with two bedside tables, a big chest of drawers and 3 wardrobes and has an en-suite bathroom with a big shower. The bedroom faces east and has access to a spacious terrace overlooking the sea.

The second bedroom, exactly next to the master bedroom, has two low single beds (100 x 200 cm), one big side table, 3 big wardrobes, a chest of drawers and one sofa chair that can be turned into a bed suitable for a child (70 x 190 cm), as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room faces east and has access to the same big terrace as the master bedroom.

The third bedroom, opposite to the other two, has two single beds (100 x 195 cm), with two bedside tables and a small desk. The two beds can be placed apart or next to each other. This room also has 2 big wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower en suite. The room faces north and south with two big windows.

The fourth bedroom is on the upper floor, has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bed side table, a chest of drawers, two big wardrobes, as well as a bathroom with shower en suite. Exactly in front of the entrance of this bedroom is a sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table.

The living room is very spacious with a big sofa for 7 people, 4 wicker stools and a big coffee table. The dining room has the capacity of seating 12 people and through the French windows you can see the monastery.  Exactly outside the dining room is a reed-covered veranda, facing south, with a marble table big enough to comfortably seat 12 people, offering the view to the monastery and the entrance of the harbor.

On the upper floor there is a small study from which one has access to the roof-top veranda with its stunning view.
