Just a short walk (200 meters) from Kleismata Beach, on an enclosed 8600 sq.m. property with remote controlled gates, are 4 modern luxury villas.

These two have 3 bedrooms each. Each villa has it's own private pool (4 x 9 m, 1.2 - 1.8 m deep) and they are all fully furnished with everything needed for a wonderful vacation by the beach. Each villa has approximately 2000 sq.m. of private garden.

Surrounded by nature in a very quiet area on Kefalonia, these villas are ideal for families or, if rented together, a large group of friends who seek a private location that sleeps up to 12 people. If all 4 villas are rented together, they can sleep even up to 20 people.

A small store that sells all the essentials as well as a tavern is only 1 km away, the market is 5 km away and the distance to the city is 11 km.

The villas are ideal for people who wish to relax in serenity, enjoy a modern and fully equipped villa and love to walk down to the beach. The villas boast a high level of privacy and tranquility.

Location

Down by the beach is a spacious sheltered dining area with bbq and access to fresh water. Next to the parking area is a shower to rins off any sand.

The beach is subject to seasonal and tidal currents that may at times wash away most of the sand only to return it at a later point. If the sand is not there, one can follow a small path over the rocks along the shore to follow the sand.
