Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit of 30% is not refundable. Cancellation received less than 46 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee. Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date,100% cancellation fee. Any cancellation by you (for whatever reason) must be in writing addressed to us by e-mail. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by us.
