A staircase takes you to the upper floor, which is completely dedicated to the master suite. A large free-standing bed with a great view over Elounda Bay, a whirlpool in one corner - also with a view - as well as a double shower and a separate toilet.

In the basement there is a games room with fitness equipment and home cinema with CD, LCD TV, DVD, MP3, PC with Wi-Fi and Playstation.

From all rooms on the ground floor you can access the terrace with the heated pool and various outdoor seating and dining options. This is where the elevated location of the villa really comes into its own, because from here you can see the entire bay, the offshore islands and the sea behind it. Even at night, when the lights of the many posh hotels shine, this view is a dream.

Elounda Bay, famous for the best 5-star hotels in Greece, is located in the east of the island of Crete. The villa is located above this bay, about 500 meters as the crow flies from the sea and has a breathtaking view over the entire bay without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the large hotels.

The villa is cleaned 3 times a week. The owner takes personal care of the guests and fulfills every wish. He also owns a water sports center in one of the boutique hotels below the villa. Pretty much everything your heart desires is on offer, diving center (PADI), water skiing, windsurfing, fishing and jet skiing. If desired, a 45 ft yacht is also available for day trips. Guests staying in the villa are not only allowed to use the services of the water sports center, but also the sun loungers and the hotel's small private sandy beach. The boutique hotel is for adults only, which is why children are not welcome as visitors. So if you want to book this villa with your family, you have to drive about 10 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach.

A small golf course (9 holes) is 500 m away and there is an 18 hole, 72 par golf course 35 minutes away by car.
