The old beach house is a long-cherished dream of the owner of the villas nested on the rocky cliff behind the house. Originally the house was a boathouse in which the fishing boats were kept safe over winter. Since one can not get a permit to build a house on the beach any longer and in the old days people didn't normally build houses in the sand, these old boathouses are now a rare gem! For me it is the epitome of a beach house and the specific one with a lot of comfort and modern technology. The facilities are all of high quality and the beach house offers much more than necessary (two bathrooms, air conditioning everywhere, ...).

The chosen materials and colors as well as the concept with the narrow strip of a pond next to the pool all contribute to creating a natural and uncomplicated atmosphere, although you do not have to do without any luxury.

The stones on the beach are quite large and round, so it is a bit tedious to get into the sea without a twisted foot, therefore the pool is a useful addition. Elafonisi, one of the most famous sandy beaches in Greece for its beauty, is less than half an hour drive away and on the way there you will find some more beautiful sandy beaches, so you are well cared for with sandy beaches. The good thing about the stony beach is that even in midsummer hardly any tourists come to this beach and so this atmosphere remains "Alone with the sound of the waves" even in the peak of summer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and on the veranda there is a second cooking facility including a stone built barbecue. Otherwise there is also a very good tavern nearby and if you go up the mountain, there are other nice tavernas with impressive views over the whole coast from where you can see on some days even to the Peloponnese.

The old beach house is perfect for couples wanting to celebrate a wedding anniversary and togetherness by the sea, but of course also for young, newly in love couples and for a honeymoon trip this beach house is a dream.

Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks before arrival.

Change-over Day: Flexible

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 400 Euro is to be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure unless a damage is claimed by the villa management.

Payment Method: Bank transfer in Euro.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the deposited rental amount.
Cancellation received 40 to 60 days prior to arrival date, 80% of the deposited rental amount.
Cancellation received 40 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the deposited rental amount.
For No-Show, 100% cancellation fee.
