    Damage Deposit: A fully refundable damage deposit equal to the rate of one night is to be paid before arrival and will be returned within 5 working days unless the owner claims any damages.

    Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 40% is required. The remaining 60% is due 6 weeks before arrival.

    Payment Method: Bank transfer in Euro only.

    Minimum Stay: 7 nights

    Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 40% of the total rent are forfeited. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival day, the full rent is forfeited (=no refund).
