This beautiful & modern property, literally waterfront, is located on the large beach of the village of Vourvourou and can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room (1.50m).
Every morning breakfast is delivered directly to your door so you can enjoy it on the terrace with the amazing sea view.
It has a private garden with a wonderful barbecue area, offers total privacy and yet it is located in walking distance of the village.
The concierge service is there for you to book a table at the restaurant, organize an activity or delivery of meals/groceries.
Prices for 2024 in Euro per day
Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Damage Deposit: 500 Euro
Minimum Rental: 7 nights in June, July & August, 3 nights for the rest of the year.
Payment Method: Bank transfer in Euro.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, any payments made are forfeited.
