Pool heating: upon request from October to May at an extra cost of 350 EUR/week.
Booking Conditions: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% is required. The remaining 70% is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Damage Deposit: A fully refundable damage deposit of 850 Euro is to be paid before arrival.
Payment Method: Bank transfer in Euro only.
Minimum Stay: 1 week during high season, else 4 nights.
Cancellation Policy: For all cancellations, the initial deposit equaling 30% is non-refundable. In addition, cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the entire stay. Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 75% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival incur 100% cost of the stay. In case of a Non-show, or early departure, the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
