There are 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, some bedrooms have access to covered terraces, and one is designed for people with disabilities or for families with babies, all rooms has AC and TV, there is an open plan kitchen/living area with an access to the spacious veranda and an outside dining area for 12 persons.

The villa has a salt-water infinity pool, private tennis court, big BBQ with outside kitchen with a refrigerator and sink and vegetable garden in the back of the tennis court.

There is a laundry room in the basement, which has a washing machine and cleaning materials.

There is private parking for up to 5 cars.

The whole property is fenced-in and has an automatic gate, calling system and an alarm.

The villa has it’s own staff: manager, cleaning, gardener and pool man.
