Directly on the shore, on an almost uninhabited peninsula in the south of Paxos, lies this fantastic villa with 3 bedrooms. Even in mid-August, when it becomes hard to find a quiet place on Paxos, you have the feeling to be alone on this island. There are no immediate neighbors, instead you are surrounded by the sound of the sea, fragrant herbs and shriveled trees that can resist the nasty winter and salty sea breeze.

Although the peninsula is mostly uninhabited, there is a nice tavern on the shore on the other side of the peninsula, just a short walk from the villa and only a few steps further is a small sandy beach.

The villa consists of an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area with two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. A large terrace with dining table and sun loungers invites you to stay outdoors from morning til evening. An external staircase leads to a separate studio under the villa. It consists of a bedroom with bathroom and its own large terrace.

The villa is ideal for a family with children who enjoy nature and want to discover the rocky waters snorkeling, but also for a couple who wants to relax in absolute serenity and right on the sea shore. The studio below the villa is also convenient to accommodate additional staff in case you would like to enjoy additional services like an in-house chef or a personal trainer.
