Kea is the closest island of the Cyclades complex (about 55 minutes from the port of Lavrio – Athens).

The luxury villa is located on top of a very nice and peaceful sandy beach (max 5 min walk).

Main house: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The living area spills out onto the spacious pool level with the large pool, outdoor lounge, dining table, bbq and extends to the second house, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Newly built, above the second house and the sauna, is an independent Suite with double-bed, kitchenette, office and a little court-yard offering total privacy. This suite is not included in the price and upon request.

In total, the luxury villa accommodates 16 people and has two infinity pools.
