This luxurious villa, which has been family-owned for generations, has been restored with great attention to detail and offers far more than a holiday home built for purely commercial purposes. The passions of the landlord, such as cooking, is reflected in the furnishing of the kitchen, his preference for high-quality technology leads to an "open air cinema" (projector with screen on the porch), quality and sophisticated design make this villa stand out even though the architecture with its Venetian touch is very close to traditional houses in the region.

The living area on the ground floor, at first sight somewhat daringly decorated, offers the eye amazingly quickly a certain harmony, probably mainly because the overall concept is perfectly coherent.

From the living area and kitchen, past a guest toilet and the staircase to the upper floor, you get to a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom. A large french door leads out onto the terrace and offers a wonderful view from the bed.

The location, a stroll from St. Nikolaos, grants a quiet location even in the peak of summer, but it is still within easy reach to restaurants, cafes and shops. From the port in Agios Nikolaos, all sorts of boats will start their excursions of all kinds so that you will always find something to do.
